1. The Google Ads connection was broken for this entire run. Every attempt to pull fresh numbers (tried on all 6 accounts, through two different connection methods) came back "developer token is not valid" - a login-credential problem, not a per-account permission issue. That means none of the figures below were re-checked by me today; they are the last numbers each account's own daily check-in confirmed on its own run day (dates are on every card). Fix needed: refresh/rotate the Google Ads API developer token before next week's review.
2. 75 old decisions from July are stuck "waiting to be graded" and never got closed out across 5 of the 6 accounts (Ardent 5, Otero 12, JC 7, My Family Psychiatrist 13, Snap Pack 38) - some going back to 2026-07-17. Several of these were already written up as resolved inside the daily check-in reports, but that resolution never got saved to the tracking file, so the tracker still shows them open. This is a bookkeeping gap in the daily automation, not a live account problem.
3. Three accounts' daily check-ins stopped running for a stretch and haven't resumed since: Ardent, Otero, and Leadgen's last daily check-in on file is from 2026-08-30 (covering 2026-08-28 data) - nothing since. All three of those accounts were already turned off for the whole gap, so no ad spend was missed, but the scheduler itself needs a look.
